I would approve PLS to make an offer for CXO, cash and shares. This is the most logical target for PLS who want to stick to Lithium and at the same time a low risk target with near term production. You spend $400m on equipment/plant to increase by 100kt production. How about $3b for 160kt plus resources, all ready to eat.
