For many years we've seen American rhetoric fail to be represented on the ground. I'd certainly welcome greater US involvement, but we'll see how it maps out when it comes to practical delivery. The Chinese are engaged in practicalities, whilst ive yet to see anything particularly material out of the states rather than their words. I agree its got the potential to be a game-changer if indeed they do apply strategic pressure, and the recent diplomatic visits do shine sone hopee. So far though they aren't just slow to the party, but haven't even properly arrived yet. Still ordering their uber. China's 8 drinks deep.
