IMO the US will provide decent steady growth. There have been the odd hiccups with Covid and now the DFU trial temporarily halted (BUT I think that means they have found a key to improving results, maybe something like be patient with the healing and not attempting to take the cake out of the oven too early). I think the wild card that will get the company into $100m plus territory next year is the ROW sales including Canada, India, Europe and the UK.
