I could have saved myself a lot of frustration and time writing that marathon if I had of waited an extra 15 minutes and seen a new release.

"These performance rights comprise two tranches vesting in 18 months and 3 years from the date of grant, respectively. The performance rights convert when the MAY share price is, at the close of any 20-day trading period during the relevant vesting period, at or higher than $0.12 for the first tranche and at or higher than $0.192 for the second tranche."
Now that a more respectable target for the granting of the rights has been announced, I withdraw my objections. The fact that they changed it from $0.048 to $0.12 and $0.192 on the same day leads me to believe it was either an innocent mistake or unfortunate initial decision that was quickly changed on reflection.
We have a new highly paid and regarded General Counsel who I believe should be checking these announcements before they are released to ensure these things don't happen and cause distress to the market and SH.
