genius is definitely interested in buying this, but cheaply. They made 2 bids and seeked exclusively.
Busy bees is still interested (before this announcement) as we were not notified that they withdraw their offer.
the board says that this doesn't effect the company daily operations. I must made an educated guess here and put this theft as non material - probably below half a mil dollars.
company want the share these obviously bad news together with the financial report.

what I conclude:
1. The half year report is good. Maybe even very good.
2. Genius wants to dampen the share price movement, therefore they were either waiting with this information or engage the accountants to steer some shit.
3. Genius is trying to get busy bees off their proposal
4. Genius will try again to buy this, later this year.
