And with all the 'fear', we know the downside, but consider the upside.
If these 'tax' rates don't go through, then we have upside.
If they do, well both SGR and the market, has already factored that in.
So limited downside, yet with decent upside potential.
That's a 'good' probability matrix from my point of view.
