No, It is the shares you hold as at 5pm on 3/3 being the record date that you will be paid the Div on.
Now actually all three are correct except Wahr initial No.
You will be on the PLS shareholder roll if you buy on or before the Ex Date 2/3
The Ex date is the last date to buy on for a Div. Your purchase will be recorded and noted for the payment of a div after this Ex date.
