I see the relevance pika. In fact it's a good article. I was trying to push you to explain further what that actually means in layman's terms to the average investor, rather than posting just a random (but good) article.
From my perspective if 30 million tonnes is worth $30 million USD to the Chinese, what's 2-3 Billion tonnes worth to them?
