why wouldnt you buy?

AGO completes a $63.5 mil capital raising at $2.49/share = .83/share for each AXO.

So we now have another 25mil institutional shares with an entry price 7 cents (9%ish) highter than current price when writing(76c). To me it seems that there is gonna be alot of support at the $2.49\83c level and the downside risk is minimal. Not to mention exposure to possible higher bids (not likely, but possible).

Seems the Henry review has scared some people out of thinking, and into panic selling.
