That's ok, this T/O can fail, CE has been trying to do the right thing by you guys and existing MIN shareholders.

I hope the 25% - 30% of shareholders refusing to accept the MIN offer can keep up with the capital raises necessary for development and to meet obligations under the JV.
It is foolish to think MIN will simply cover the capital obligations as the largest shareholder of NWE, MIN can simply choose not to participate, making the rest of you responsible for raising the money or finding other investors to dilute yourselves to.
If NWE cannot meet the JV obligations you might find yourselves in court for breach of contract. I've seen this happen before, JV members that don't meet their obligations within set timeframes lose everything.
