shenghe runnimg out/ran out of MP minerals feed (high grade ndpr bastnaensite)….
They need another comparable and scalable source ASAP to feed their hungry refinery. this is why it’s moving faster now - all driven through the offtake cessation between MP minerals and Shenghe.
Shenghe has the power to influence Tanz officials - exactly what we are seeing now (definitely noticing haste now). helps we have a pro Chinese chairman
