That's ok, im just outlining it as a possibility, funny you holders of NWE seem to think somone else will foot the bill for drilling and then development, you guys get to sit back and contribute nothing.
You guys are living in a fantasy land where there are zero risks, thinking you can just access capital so easily.
As I see it, and I've outlined both scenarios, if the T/O is unsuccessful;
1) The JV continues as is, NWE does a cap raise, MIN buys most of these rights to protect its investment (70%) diluting the rest of you unless you chip in your fair share.
2) MIN doesn't participate in the cap raise, there's a risk NWE can't raise the funds to cover MIN not kicking in more. Then there could be an opportunity for MIN to take more control, or you get finance, chipping into whatever returns you expected. If you hodlers have the cash to fund development, don't worry about this scenario.
