DPZ is the USA Master Franchise that owns the Brand (overall) and serval (other countries.. South America and Canada from memory)
DMP (Domino’s Pizza Enterprises) is the Australian Based (and Owned) Business that is completely seperate business to DPZ, but has an agreement for the Brand… DMP owns several countries including Australia, New Zealand, Japan, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, Luxumburg… And recently acquired Malaysia, Singapore and Cambodia..
DMP is Globally run from Brisbane, Australia… but of course has major in country offices in Netherlands, Japan, Germany etc.
But as the Master (DPZ - USA) The AUS Business (DMP) would naturally keep close ties and work with the Master Franchise to better leverage Global approaches and learnings.
