the economy is crook...and getting more crook

inflation isn't being tamed.

and high inflation has a profound impact on so many levels.

cost of living pressure
consumer confidence
corporate spending investment
to name a few areas being impacted

residential housing borrowing is one component and come second half many will feel like they're being made love to by a rhino....painful.....

but more painful will be the businesses lending component severely impacting growth expansion and ultimately employment.

signs are already there.....lots of empty hoarded up shops in high streets and shopping .

were up to what 10,11th rate rise....inglation still the same....how many more rate rises......

war in ukraine doesn't look like it's finishing anytime soon....and it's responsible for the bulk of inflationary pressure globally.

we could see 10% retail rates by end of year.....

its that scary enough?
