    I would be. ore than happy to pay 30% CGT tomorrow, if MIN gave me $10+ million. CGT is a fact of life. People need to get over thinking the board will 'suffer' due to cgt. All they will do is sell their MIN shares to cover it. They would have been fully aware of the tax implications before accepting. Hell, we probably paid for their tax advisor to tell them.
