Turns out there is an interesting development in the 333-2022 case. 4 other cases were accumulated into the 333-2022 case relating to the hydro-logic model of the project blanco that includes the clay core and how its approval is being claimed that it contradicts the approved hydro logic model used by codelco's project which does not include the clay core aspect. These 4 new cases started in February and on 2-16-23 the courts ordered a response from the ESA within 10 business days. On 2-21-22 the 4 new cases started to get accumulated into case 333-2022 this accumulation was certified yesterday 2-24-23 and when this happened the Procedural Status and the Stage of the case were changed to "Completed" and "Sentenced" which makes it seem like there has been some sort of perhaps preliminary decision or judgement in the case. I could be wrong but seems like this case might be wrapping up soon.
