Some reason why I remain cautious about this company (after they published their results) :
- short stay rents look to me really high (cf Airbnb prices) and I wonder if it is sustainable,
- short stay future revenues have also a real risk to be affected by a change of regulation*.
One of the easiest way to limit the pressure on home rents (not just short term, but also long term contracts) is to limit the number of days per year for short stay.
