Not that long ago, Management asked for shareholder approval to extend the date on their options and to reduce the strike price.
Seeing as we felt it reasonable then, how about now (for our own options)
with a 5% holding we can pressure management into an EGM to align our options with theirs? I believe their strike price was the same as ours, but the expiry is the end of the year.
Do members of Hotcopper own 5% of MAK (i would think so)?
