If you accept MINs offer, you will be transferring all your shares under the Offer. You can’t transfer part of your holding. Refer clause 12.6 (c).

You either :-
1) sell your total holding on market
2) sell a portion of your holding on market and then once that is done you can accept the MIN offer with the balance you are still holding
2) accept the MIN offer in full
3) hold your shares

This assumes all shares are held under one SIN/HIN. Obviously, if you have NWE shares under multiple entities then each can be actioned differently.
