    Good Evening,
    MrMysterious I understand your point in Post#2 about the expecation of the SP being above $0.075 come the end of July now. So as soon as SP hits $0.075 the convertable note holder is able to purchase a newly issued share at $0.075.
    My only concern moving forward would be if the SP was suppressed by the institutional level holders to negotiate a lower exchangable note rate post July. Given my reading into whats in the pipeline though I find it hard to believe that will get the chance to occur though.

    I first came accross this company late last year around October I think and had honestly forgotten to come back to it. A lot has eventuated since I last looked...very exciting times indeed.

    I can't put into words how exciting this mob is to me (as an automotive sector tradesperson), for a long time now I have firmly held the belief that full electric drivetrain systems are not going to happen in the timeframe that we have set. The key is transition, imo. Hydrogen fuel and Hybrid drive systems.

    What seems like an eternity ago when I was in my 2nd year of my apprenticeship me and an another apprentice engineer cobbled together a hydrogen fuel cell, very basic and wholeheartedly dangerous, and fitted it to an XF Falcon we had. It worked in a fasion, we had hardly any control over the gas production rate with very crude electronic controls and only very basic tuning options. It didnt work very well, pinged quite a bit under load and the motor ran like a proverbial chaff cutter but it did increase the milage by about 80-90km/tank. We ended up ditching it after about a week but I remember at the time thinking about how incredible the concept could be with a product being produced by someone with a lab, and proper R+D.

    In this annoucement there is mention of them being at SEMA last year. You know in the 3 tech newsletters I am subscribed to that had SEMA event coverage not one of them mentioned this company or their products...

    Exciting times ahead.

    One last point before I go. They have intentions of designing a HVAC Compressor...
    In respect to Automotive Hybrid systems, the only High Voltage Electric Compressors I have seen thus far have all been manufactured by Denso, who make the majority of HVAC components for modern Japanese, Korean and a large chunk of European makes. That is going to be a tough to give them a nudge, however I do see potential for the supply of Compressors for Domestic/Commercial VRF systems...Samsung, LG, Panasonic etc. Skys the limit for that market. VRFs use this type of Compressor already so I imagine that is the target market.

    All food for thought anyway. Heres hoping I can get in before it all blows up this week. (Hopefully)
