    Hi Papasmurf,
    That is interesting. If that is the case I will defer any thoughts on purchasing MIN through share swap and keep what NWE I have left ( 20m at this stage after selling and buying a couple of others ( EXR and TPD )

    I will look at offering MIN some portion before offer expiry date.
