The sad reality is that in a booming economy, which quite frankly we've had since 2009, nobody appreciates anything. Nobody appreciates the value of a job, what they have, the importance of saving money, the importance of working hard to build a house deposit.
Opportunities are so freely available that I have 20 year-olds who I have hired cry on my shoulder after coming back from Greece - business class - complaining about how an $89,000 graduate salary is so low and can't help them afford to buy a house.
Everyone just wants everything instantly in this economy, they just want to skip the part where any type of hard work or effort is required. The top end are even worse, Double Bay Jesus and Comrade Scott just bought $200m worth of property without a mortgage.
Yep protecting the environment by inflating NSW land values!
