I may be the only one left on this site that is optimistic. Yes there is a cashflow downgrade; but these things happen. Thailand is for real and is a serious serious standard being set. The partners in this are serious people and I believe the flow on will be in the not so distant future. A spec; yes of course; a serious spec Co. But I finally believe there are big guns now in charge, and that will move things along. As already mentioned, Hanumans are no slouches and do their research. They believe in the co so for me that is a reassuring thought. I'm putting my hand up for another bottom drawer full. If interested, call Hanumans. Cheers jwt
