There was quite a bit of criticism when Treagus negotiated such a backended deal with Acadia; most had the opinion that there should have been more favourable terms for NEU in the form of immediate payment etc, however the Pharma companies weren't exactly falling over themselves to sign an agreement and I'm now sure that Treagus did the absolute best he could at the time; I for one am now glad for such a backended arrangement even though I wasn't greatly impressed at the time.
'With' FDA approval I'm sure that JP will have a lot more leverage for ROW.
FWIW I've just done a little poking around on the timing of ACAD announcements versus NEU announcements:

NDA App Mon Jul 18/22 Tues Jul 19/22
NDA Grant Mon Sept 12/22 Tues Sept 13/22
So from this we may want to keep a keen eye on ACAD announcements as a first priority and especially on a Monday night our time; just saying.
Been a holder now for just under 10 long years.
