    I'm not sure how CE will negotiate this T/O offer.
    Will he let it close and move on?
    Will he keep it open?
    Will he close it (can he) and make a better offer down the track?
    Will he close it and just let it be? I doubt this as he wants total control and i cant see NWE holders letting them get ride of the 65% rule.
    Which forces his had some what.
