Actually I don't believe there is a legal reason why they (MAK) can't do this - it would only be necessary to get SH approval - but it must be done now, 30 days from now will be too late based on "there wasn't enough time to contact all holders", which is what happened when Flinders options expired (a couple of millenia ago) and those SH wanted the options extended but it couldn't be done.
please someone correct me if I'm wrong...
