While I understand you are disappointed by the result and lack of interim dividend, can you please explain why you think the 23 August 2021 announcement on dividend policy was deceiving? The announcement said that the company intended to pay dividends either annually or semi-annually. FEX is currently paying dividends annually, which is in line with that announcement. I don't see the deception.
