Even Rhythm agree and have mentioned various times that CRC screening in the US has the highest participation in the world. This is because it's covered by health insurance companies who are eager to fund expensive DNA tests because it's still cheaper for them than paying for a colonoscopy.
(Glad I live in Australia where government funded healthcare is available.)
Even so, show me the government that does not wish to save money on their bowel cancer screening while simultaneously improving participation and quality of care.
