IMO i can't see why SSN would do a capital raising if the intended to sell part of their niobrara. Just makes no sense! There'd be no need for a capital raising if this was the case. I think the SSN management plan to use the capital raising funds to explore niobrara themselves. Keeping EVERYTHING they find for SSN. Which to me is the best idea possible! Everyone is starting to see the true value of niobrara, so why on earth would you sell something that could be worth so much more!

Do a capital raising, yes the ST SP will go down a little, but looking at the bigger picture, keeping all of niobrara and raising the funds via the capital raising, without selling any of niobrara, could be the smartest thing management could have done!

The true value and re-rating of SSN will come sooner than expected and picking up shares at 3.4c will be bargain of the year!
