Only fools judge a company by the share price movement on ZERO news.

Whoever is selling wants inexperienced investors like you to sell their shares out of fear. They know fear is much more powerful than greed and your emotions are showing exactly that. By calling this a 'dog stock' because of the share price movement over a few hours is plain ignorant. Unless you are a trader and then you are just a bad trader.

There is another explanation and that is a fund manager has been unloading their shares and today is the day they sell out completely. They don't care about the share price movement. They just sell.

But some inexperienced investors kept caught up in the selling, believing this is a dog stock because these inexperienced investors always want the share price to go up after they buy ... if it goes down its automatically a 'dog stock'. And this leads to more selling putting pressure on the share price.

Now there could be some news forthcoming news from a competitor about results or something like that ... and that could be driving the share price down
