Failed equity raise confirmed with todays' close of 7.2 cents. well below 7.7 raising price. The market sees no plan worth backing for how Bryan will use the $8.5 mill . Failed equity raises typically see share price punished from my experiecne, at very least another test of range bottom at 6.5/6.6 is likely for mine.
