Do you realise that they are the company right? Without them, no one would put in a dollar at anything close to a $500k company valuation, let alone a $35M valuation, or $100M like the CR price? Do you think founders who do all the work, should have the same risk as late round investors once the work is done?
That isnt how venture capital / founder equity comes to be, your willingness for them to pay the same risk as you is utterly brainless.
