It was said by Poynton that SN "lives and breathes STX". I don't see SN wanting to let-go of his dreams for the Company any time soon. The Board has already said STX SP based on what was paid for Warrego is 80c or greater. And that is what will be offered by a serious TO attempt and then others might enter into the bidding so I don't see $1 as a ridiculous TO offer. I bought more STX today because I see that is where my future prospects are most likely.
