My first question BAM..... relates to the corporate action late last year. It is quite obvious that you do not align with the current board so my curiosity has been raised as to who's interests - if any you are aligned with. You also mention the shareholder that was removed from the meeting without disclosing who it actually was - and what their motives were. Your observation on this forum is subjective in nature and appears to be only one sided.

MMMMM.....integrity, enthusiasm and intellect - is a call very much of a subjective nature - and will depend on all the facts available to someone. Every story has two sides - and of course will be dependent on the facts and the persons making the judgement calls knowledge education and experience. Should a shareholder just take your word for it they need to do their own research to check the varsity of your claims. Additionally we all need to understand where you sit in the big picture and who you are aligned with.

Thirdly...I have been a shareholder for a long while. A lot of drilling in the past has been done from the surface. Perhaps the proverbial needle in the haystack. Of course risks rise at depth - but it also must be remembered that our manufacturing plant is only running at approx half capacity. At full capacity the variable costs will come down. x64 has already flagged their resources and stated exploration is continuing. I do have curiosity about the 41m ounces of Gold on Mindano and whether - some of it is on x64s tenements - if not will x64 be in the box seat to mine it.

Rather than this continual bickering all shareholders are in this together including the larger holder you refer to. It would be in all our best interests to see the company succeed.

It is my understanding that it was the previous MD (who resigned) was the one that instituted the share buy back. Not the current MD. DYOR
