Shorters are in and out all the time, they don’t go in and stay in. There will go in, come out, go in, come out.
The problem is once you have shorters you end up having the SP capped. Now excellent financial results could restrict that issue but that could take a few years.
One of dangers for a company is having a low shares on issue base. You don’t see the top 10/20 of the ASX shorted - now why would that be? Have a look at the SOI.
