One last point Gammat and Co,
WKT needs to call an EGM to obtain shareholder approval to grant TNR their shares. until this part is completed the deal is yet to be agreed.
Hopefully WKT also covers BMCG's CN to allow all of the dilution possible at 6c per share and any placement that might be going to Jinpeng.
