BMCG don't need to convert at 8.5c, they are being given free shares in the next few days as commitment shares,
If BMCG wanted to convert some of their US$2.5mil which is remaining they still have 4 days left when they can convert at 8.5c,
Going by the charts, and the free shares they are being granted, they will IMO be able to get shares much cheaper than 8.5c in the not too distant future.
