Can I suggest you, and all other concerned shareholders, email or phone the company? I will (and have in the past).

HGO need to say something about Kanmantoo, one way or the other.

All obstacles are now out of the way with Kanmantoo:

- ALL Approvals are in - and, they have had since December to have finance ready to go (in parallel with other activities). It is now MAY.
- Copper prices are high. Let's get the copper to market
- They have plenty of cash. How hard is it to get finance at 50% LVR, or less?
- They have extensions to the resource (assays awaiting)

The only things they don't have is excuses left. No more excuses for not drilling K for 9 months. No more excuses for doing the go-slow (I mean, if shareholders want to invest in ESG, they can... but if HGO is going to do this go-slow ahead of an ESG takeover, shareholders have to ask, "who are we really investing in?")

The price doesn't bother me. Transparency and inaction does. Time for HGO to actually do something on Kanmantoo, or risk being gobbled up by larger players who will get on with things.

There are lots of companies who will like the look of a company trading at an EV of $30m... like our friends at OZL.

HGO are a big, fat cashbox, not tightly held, and not in much of a hurry.

In short, they are asking to be taken over.


Or, in the absence on any activity on Kanmantoo, should my friends and I start negotiating privately with OZL to vend our shares, and lend my support to an OZL acquisition on here...? Is that what the company would prefer?

Get on with it. When your strong supporters like me strart getting pissed off, HGO, you have a problem.
