you're totally right. its great for miners to maximise local content where ever possible to support the host country. But WKT should have known that the risk associated with closing USD20m facility with a Tz first timer bank was would be located at the catastrphic/highly probably corner of the risk matrix.
I'm interested to know who the small Aust institutions are that you think would participate in a funding.
