So why not show em. Put them in the public domain? Please be clear I'm not saying MSB is lying. They could be doing some serious wishful thinking though. Hoping they have enough data to carry the day, acting and speaking with confidence they don't completely feel.
I can't think of any reason not to put proof of validation into the public domain if they have it. The proof would be in the form of science experiments done and stats done. Neither are likely to be proprietary or patentable. But proof could give a big boost to the shareprice. And a failed proof could embarrass them.
