The main use of Lithium Batteries is not for storing excess energy, its simply for storing energy. The majority of energy created and stored in a Lithium Battery comes from Fossil Fuel derived Energy Sources.
Reality.
Solar & wind are limited, very limited. The cost to have a Renewables only grid is not achievable.
