This is nonsense. Another CR raise of $5m for the Board to waste and make more insincere promises. No way. Time for the company to be wound-up or merge and boot the Directors off.
The proposals are not good enough. Won't produce SP growth, revenue streams for shareholders and will only further dilute investor holdings .. AGAIN.
This company isn't a labour market adjustment scheme for a few.
I' voting against all resolutions.
