re: Ann: LGL: Newcrest and LGL Enter into Mer... Can anyone tell me what's in it for NCM shareholders. LGL has had a dismal dividend record along with a long and as yet unfinished path to true profitability. As I see it NCM is buying into trouble and a lot of NCM shareholders have voted with their feet today. Rudd's tax on mining profits can't account for the drop in price when gold has risen.
