I was skeptical of Midway being a substantial resource because of its location. Surely the area between the Main Pit and Bunker would have been thoroughly explored historically. How could they miss Midway? Note that the Youanmi gold lodes consistently run NW to NWW. That's guided geos for decades as they explore for more gold. But Midway doesn't follow this pattern The orientation of the Midway lodes is different to previously identified lodes at Youanmi. Two Midway gold lodes strike WNW and dip towards the SW and show a high-grade component plunging at 50 degrees to the WNW.. It was only the use of high tech drones generating magnetic imagery that uncovered the Midway anomaly. Big finds are still possible at Youanmi and Midway could be one.
