If you can happily destroy the civilian power supply of your military allies and get away with it, what then becomes acceptable to inflict on the civilian populations of your military enemies?

Sanctions and international sabotage have got way out of hand and ordinary people including children have been dying in their hundreds of thousands and suffering as a result.

Sanctions have been shown throughout history to be ineffective in war and the current US/Russia conflict is no different. Sanctions are a brutal and unnecessary evil.
