    Yes, BRMs lead time is a worry now; balancing funding & construction is a real challenge against the tax backdrop now. Rudd et. al. do not care about such things though - they make the mess, move on & let others clean it up

    The tax is: Grounded in ideology; written in ignorance; and to be implemented in recklessness.
