The May 2022 operational and shipping update certainly implied that the measures necessary to substantially increase output were in-progress and the equipment was on-site. Some wet issues delayed this plan, but even by the Dec 2022 quarter production volumes were barely different than earlier quarters.

While JB and team may surprise me, I'm not certain that large improvements will occur before a DMS commissioned. The following text appeared in the Dec quarterly. A month later that "update as soon as practicable with respect to forward planning in this area." hasn't occurred. As it's an update to forward planning, it would appear the plans aren't finalised yet, let alone implementing the plans (ordering equipment) or commissioning the equipment.
