He blames everyone else for his own mistakes, can’t accept personal responsibility, and to make himself feel a whole lot better he thinks trying to upset others will do it.
Go have a look at Neil Danaher’s speech to Melbourne footy team, get his book and have a read. A simple read, written by a decent person about responsibility. If you know of him it might hit home.
Otherwise ... keep blaming others and spreading vitriol but I’m blowed if I can see how that will help you.
