The way I read it is this. TF would already have an idea how much PTX is worth if their collaboration is successful. And the fact that TF quite willingly let PTX own the IP for me is an indication that when successful, whether PTX own the IP or not, TF is probably planning to own PTX. Hence their agreement to let PTX own the IP without much ado.
So yeah, my take of the collaboration is that TF plans to own PTX if it is successful.
