Only change to PEN re USA & South Africa (& Fiji) is a reduction in company tax rate to 28% from 30%.
Seems the entire ASX resourced sector is tarnished though. Some have suggested foreign investment pulling out of the ASX, maybe due to perceived increase in sovereign risk.
